Rachel completed her Law Degree at Queen’s University Belfast and postgraduate legal studies at Queen’s Institute of Professional Legal Studies Belfast. She has significant experience in all areas of legal advice and representation. She has particular experience in the area of Family Law, Criminal Law and Personal Litigation and can provide expert and friendly advice and assistance in all legal proceedings concerning Separation, Divorce, Contact and Residence arrangements for children, Family Homes and Domestic Violence proceedings, Magistrate, Youth and Crown Court proceedings and Personal Injury Claims including Road Traffic Collisions, Injuries at Work and claims arising out of Breach of Statutory Duty.
In addition, Rachel can offer professional advice and representation in relation to House Sales and Purchases, Judicial Review, County Court and High Court proceedings.
Rachel is a member of a number of associations including the Family Lawyers Association of Ireland.
